WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing.

WHERE TO PARK: The best place to park is around the perimeter of Doyle Hollis Park, street parking. We meet near the basketball courts.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms with strollers in workout gear. Stroll on up and introduce yourself! You'll be greeted by your friendly instructor and other moms.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically, and help keep those babies happy. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® 1 visit freeFrom $10 per visit with Grandma’s 10 Class Pack pass

The country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, pilates, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Park Core is a pilates based, 30 minute, members only mat class open to mamas looking to regain core strength. This is a four week series beginning October 30th and concluding November 20th -- members can drop in for one or all of the four classes during the series!

Taught by Romy Havard, MS, DPT, OCS, of Peregrine Physical Therapy, Park Core is designed to empower moms to reconnect with their core in a safe professional environment.

Moms will learn tools to regain
proper lumbopelvic stabilization, spine articulation, and lower extremity flexibility with modifications to assist limitations in pelvic floor and abdominal separation (DRA).

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

With hearts cracked wide open, filled with new joys to revel in, and unexpected feelings like loss or guilt, we Mother Together.

For mamas today, the village we need must be intentionally pursued. And so FIT4MOM 510’s intention is to create the environment for moms to weave a web of support and community together.

Our Village Yoga: Moms Only Free

Our Village Yoga for the Mamas is a 60 minute class, and an opportunity for you to recharge without the kids. We will stretch, lengthen, and strengthen the parts of our body that are vulnerable, sore, or tired from pregnancy and motherhood. This is an all levels yoga class with elements of vinyasa flow and iyengar style hatha.

Join us at our Run Club community meet up. We welcome moms of all stages, kids of all ages, as well as friends and family members! Our FIT4MOM Run Club Coach will lead you in a family-friendly warm-up, then lead a self-paced run to meet your skill level. There is no cost to attend.
