Join us for a mama group walk + run. Each meet up is lead by our amazing Run Club Coach Lauren. Enjoy a run alongside our current Run Club session mamas.

Location varies across the East Bay (eg. Emeryville Bay Trail, Ohlone Greenway Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Lake Merritt Oakland, Richmond Marina). Come solo or load up your stroller with your favorite kiddos in tow. All levels are welcome. Get moving with us, Mama!
