Body Boost

Body Boost™ is a 60-minute mom-only** workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

**This is a mama only workout. You'll need to keep the kiddos at home for this one. For those familiar with our Body Well program, this is the same workout format, offered as a drop in between sessions.

Offered both indoors and outdoors. Please see schedule for varying location details.

Not recommended for mamas that are pregnant or less than 6 months postpartum.
