Get some quality time in with other moms while sipping on a hot cup of coffee at the park! We'll have yoga mats for the smaller babes to hang out on, feel free to bring a blanket as well, and the bigger kids can get their wiggles out on the playground!
We'll meet at the picnic tables next to the play structures and will have coffee for everyone. Bring your own mug!
Moms & Mugs is a mama meet up for all. You don't have to be a FIT4MOM member to participate! It begins at 10:30am, immediately following the Stroller Strides 9:30-10:30am class.
Our Village Events include monthly Moms Morning/Night Out, Moms & Mugs, free playgroups for the community, and other fun events — Follow @FIT4MOM510 to keep up on our monthly fun!
