Mom's Night Out: Boost & Brews @ Trumer Taproom, Berkeley

We'll kick it off with a 45min mama-only Body Boost HIIT workout, then stay, grab a drink and mama chill. Come dressed to workout. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a mama friend who you like sweating and drinking with. Workout will be held outdoors, layer up! We'll enjoy drinks and food indoors together afterwards.

This is a FREE event. $15 suggested donation to our favorite local non-profit, The Women's Daytime Drop In Center, Berkeley, will be encouraged on-site but not required to participate.
