Its a family field trip day! Join us for a FIT4MOM friends and family field trip to the beach! Grab those sand toys, beach towels, pack all the snacks, and meet us at Crown Memorial Beach Park, Alameda. Find us along the shore nearest the City View Picnic Area.

FIT4MOM Family Field Trips are free open events, membership not required to join. Its a fun way for us to get together and explore locally with our families. Location varies, come enjoy what local fun the 510 bay area has to offer.
